Nothing is if your killing yotes. SKS is a fantastic yote buster. Like other posters have mentioned, the 7.62x39 will drop a coyote with no issues. I’m not sure how well the SKS is suited to coyote hunting though. I wouldn’t use it if you will be hunting over a large field or on a power line.
